Our Journey with Arizona Business Accelerator
A few months ago, we enrolled in a program called the Business Accelerator by Local First Arizona, a six-month journey designed to help small businesses like ours grow stronger and better prepared to serve our community with quality and care.
Throughout this time, we received training in key areas such as marketing, accounting, social media, business creation and formalization, taxes, and many other topics that strengthen small businesses.

At the end of the course, a graduation event was held where each participating business set up its own exhibition table. For our showcase, we shared small jars of our KABA Salsa Macha, inviting attendees to follow us on social media as part of a fun dynamic. We also offered tastings of our salsa with crispy tortilla chips, as well as a delicious pairing of jocoque with salsa macha—which turned out to be a huge hit!

While we were proud to receive our certificate of completion, the most valuable part of this experience was connecting with fellow local entrepreneurs, learning about their projects, and building new relationships that strengthen our community.
We’re grateful for this opportunity and excited to continue growing, innovating, and sharing the authentic flavors of KABA with all of you.
